· Good working experience on Cisco configurations and BAT
administration tool.

· Good working knowledge in importing and exporting data from CUCM.

· *Good hands on experience on Voice Gateway’s and CUCM cluster
Installation/Integrations*

· Good hands on experience on LDAP integration, T1/E1
installations, FXO and FXS configuration, upgrading licenses, firmware
upgrades, etc.

· Good hand on knowledge of ICT and SIP trunk between cluster and
Unity services.
